The practice of devotion

Devotion is the gateway to unconditional love

Presence training

The presence training is about directing your focus on your perception, not only in meditation, but also in the performance of everyday tasks and in encounters with people. In this awareness, you practise uncovering blockages and resistance without identifying with them and giving your suppressed feelings the space behind them to show themselves. By paying attention to what arises within you, you learn to be more vigilant. This alertness uses every situation that triggers you for the development of your soul. From this, you are able to face any challenges that arise peacefully.

The presence training strengthens the connection to your heart, which defuses your head cinema, causing the destructive thoughts of the mind to fade into the background. In this way, your intuition increasingly comes to the fore, inspiring you to follow it again and again with its impulses.

Reflection

Reflection is a non-judgmental introspection into your body-mind system through which you can uncover your belief patterns (destructive, limiting, fearful, manipulative thoughts). These belief patterns create various resistances and blockages within you that slow down the energy of the feelings that arise and thus separate you from your aliveness.
Lovingly receiving all your feelings leads you into devotion, through which you recognize the deeper cause of your old wounds and traumas. This opens the door to unconditional love, which frees you from old pain and heals your wounds.

Prayer

Your inner conviction that God hears you leads you into a dialog with him.
A prayer asks you to synchronize with the presence of God. This first requires you to put aside your everyday thoughts, desires, cravings, suffering, frustration and lack, to turn to your heart, to open yourself completely to him.
This is not about calling out for what you need, this is about listening to what he brings to you. Your unintentional will, which does not expect any result in prayer, opens the door in you to his words. Ask him: “What can I do for you?” He will speak to you.

In prayer, God will show you,

  • what your next steps are,
  • how to make peace,
  • how to forgive yourself and others,
  • how to free yourself from your pain,
  • how to heal your old wounds,
  • how you can bring love into your life,
  • what there is for you to learn in the moment
  • and what tasks you can fulfill for him.

The burning of your heart draws the highest power of God
to you, which performs miracles.
